Product care

Candle care:

Remove candle from all packaging. Lay candle on a stable surface, light and enjoy! Burn the candle for the first time for 4 hours to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick (to approx 5mm) before each use. Stop burning the candle when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom. Place candle on a stable surface away from flammable objects. Do not leave unattended or near children or pets.

Handwash care:

Avoid getting product in eyes, if the product gets into the eyes, wash out thoroughly with water.

Hand cream care:

Apply the hand cream after each time you wash your hands to prevent them from drying out.

If you choose to collect, we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected and arrange a mutually convenient collection

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return a product, please return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery.

We recommend that the product(s) being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery. You are responsible for the delivery as well as postal charges.

We will reimburse the purchase price of the returned product(s) within 14 working days after the day we receive them back from you.

Please note, products that have been purchased from retail stockists, must be returned to that stockist.

All products must be returned unopened and in their original saleable condition to be eligible for refund.
